We are looking for hard-working, dependable, outgoing, and creative individuals to join our team. Applicants must be willing to do all aspects of the job, ranging from interacting with customers, making excellent quality drink and food items, cleaning the facility, etc. Flexible availability is preferred, and shifts could include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Fairmount Coffee Co. is an outreach ministry of Fairmount Ministries. The vision of Fairmount Ministries is to foster relationships, community, and dialogue about faith and life, in order to bring people closer to Jesus Christ. Fairmount Coffee Co. accomplishes that vision as we strive to bring the WSU, the Fairmount Neighborhood, and surrounding Wichita community together in a warm and welcoming environment. We offer locally-sourced coffee as well as a variety of other beverages and food items.
